By accessing or using the AIcrete Solutions platform at aicretesolutions.co.uk ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers.
AIcrete Solutions is an AI-powered software platform for Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) mix design analysis, developed and operated by AIcrete Solutions Ltd, a company registered in Mauritius.

All outputs from AIcrete Solutions — including but not limited to compressive strength predictions, tensile strength, elastic modulus, pulse velocity, embodied carbon estimates, cost estimates, compliance assessments, sustainability scores, and mix recommendations — are provided for preliminary engineering assessment purposes only.
No output from this Platform should be used as a substitute for physical laboratory testing. Users must conduct appropriate accredited laboratory tests to validate any mix design before it is used in construction, specification, tendering, or procurement. This requirement applies regardless of the confidence level, model accuracy metrics, or compliance status shown by the Platform.
All outputs must be reviewed and approved by a qualified, licensed professional engineer before implementation in any construction project. AIcrete Solutions Ltd does not provide engineering consultancy services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIcrete Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from reliance on platform outputs, including structural failure, material non-compliance, project delay, financial loss, or personal injury.
The AI model was trained on a specific UHPC experimental dataset. Predictions may be less accurate for mix designs that fall outside the range of the training data. The confidence level indicator shown on the Platform provides guidance but does not guarantee accuracy for any specific mix composition.
Free tier users may access the Platform for personal, research, and non-commercial evaluation purposes. Free tier access may be subject to usage limits at AIcrete Solutions Ltd's discretion.
Paid subscribers receive extended access as defined in their subscription plan. Paid access is non-transferable and may not be shared between users or organisations without written permission.
You may not:
All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including the AI model, algorithms, software, user interface, branding, and content — are owned by AIcrete Solutions Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Platform or its underlying technology.
PDF reports generated by the Platform for your own mix designs may be used internally or shared with clients, provided they include the Platform's disclaimer and are not misrepresented as independent certified engineering documents.
Paid tier users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. AIcrete Solutions Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that show signs of unauthorised use.
AIcrete Solutions Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. The service may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
AIcrete Solutions Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time. Changes to the AI model may affect prediction outputs. We will communicate significant changes to registered users where practicable.
AIcrete Solutions Ltd may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
